The Collection
Real records, films and collector needs provide the purpose and the standard by which every feature is judged.
Sixty years of collecting music, a lifelong love of computers, and one retirement project that grew into a connected system for organizing, presenting and selling media.
BBaya began as a practical way to manage a large personal collection. As the collection grew, so did the need for better research, clearer presentation, consistent visual assets, useful catalogs and less repetitive selling work.
Discogs Toolkit, RDM Play Studio and IconLab developed from those real needs. The website is therefore not only a place where the collection is shown—it is also a working demonstration of the tools behind it.
Everything you see is connected: the collection provides the purpose, the software provides the tools, and the design brings them together.

Turns collection data into research, pricing, catalogs and market-ready listings.
Turns media and metadata into a polished, enjoyable browsing and presentation experience.
Turns raw images into consistent icons, screenshots, contact sheets and reusable visual assets.
Brings the collection, software and visual language together in one public-facing home.
Every tool began with a real collecting or selling problem—not with a theoretical software brief.
Clear visual language builds confidence, makes large collections easier to understand and helps listings feel trustworthy.
Make collecting, selling and presenting a collection less repetitive, more coherent and far more enjoyable.
